As some of you may have noticed during the past few days, the link included within the “Your Jayde Submission is Now Live” e-mail from Jayde may not have worked correctly. This was due to a side-effect caused during the final stage of the upgrade process which was quickly resolved.
As of now, the link included in the e-mail from us will now work, and take you directly to your site listing page within our B2B search engine. Plus, you can always do a quick find for your site listing by using Jayde’s quick and easy search tool at the top of the main page under the logo, or using the search tool found on any site listing. Just enter in your business’ website URL (e.g. myhairbusiness.com) into the search text box, and then click on the “Search” button, and it will automatically appear for you.
If you are still unable to locate your site listing within Jayde, and/or the link in the “Your Jayde Submission is Now Live” e-mail still redirects you to the main site, please let me know in the iEntry Directory Portal Forum within the Inclusion Issues sub-forum under the Jayde forum, and I will be glad to investigate the status of your site listing in our search engine.
On behalf of iEntry, and Jayde, I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and hope this does not hinder your interest in our search engine.
Happy Surfing!

Many of you out there are using directory submission services to upload your site to our (and other) directories. Feel free to share who your directory submitter is, your experience, and how having the specified service submit your business’ website to directories has impacted your clientèle.
I have created a thread solely for this on our iEntry Directory Portal Forum called ‘Who is your directory submitter?’ under the Directory Submitters category on the forum. We look forward to seeing your feedback!

Good news — the moving process of Jayde is almost complete! Some features may still be down while we finish off this process. However, you may notice a better difference in speed when searching for listings. Please let us know if you have seen any improvements in Jayde during the move as we enjoy receiving feedback from our audience. Feedback lets us know how we are doing and how we can better serve you.
Please keep your Jayde submissions coming, as this move does not impact any incoming submissions. If you are wanting to change the title and/or description of your listing, I can do that for you. Just simply post your desired title and/or description for your site listing within our iEntry Directory Portal Forum under the Site Listing Modifications subcategory under the Jayde category. Please be sure to include the URL of your site listing within the subject line of your post.

To better serve you, Jayde will be undergoing some very minor site maintenance during the process of moving from one server to another. During this process, you may encounter some errors while doing the following (listed below).
- Submitting your business’ website to our search engine
- Confirming your business’ website using the link provided in the e-mail sent to you.
- Searching for your listing, or another business’ website listing
We do understand that this may be frustrating, and on behalf of the iEntry team, we do apologize for any inconvenience caused during this process. However, we are making it our top priority for Jayde to fully serve you in every capacity.
The move should only impact Jayde services between the times of 8:30AM-5:30PM (EST). If you are encountering issues with services beyond that point, please let me know within the iEntry Directory Portal Forum under the Jayde category, and I will do my best to resolve it for you.
Thank you for your interest in Jayde, and happy surfing!

Twellow, the user directory for Twitter now has the ability to give users more control of their listing, and edit their profile. Matthew, our lead programmer for Twellow has been working very hard to implement this new feature.
A simple way to edit your Twellow profile is by using the site’s quick and easy search tool to find your Twitter user (either by exact username or keywords associated to user), and once you have located your username on the listing page, click the Click to login link right under “Is this you?,” and you will then be asked for your Twitter user password.
Once you have logged in, click on the Edit Your Profile link near where you entered your login credentials, and you will be able to edit your bio, location, and also add/remove categories that you currently belong to.
If you have any questions regarding the profile editing feature, or any other questions regarding Twellow, feel free to ask them in our Directory Portal Forum under the Twellow.com subcategory inside the Social Media Directories category. I would be glad to help you resolve any questions about Twellow for you.

A question that I have been receiving recently is why their site listing link is not displaying on their Jayde Listing Checkup e-mail. This is a very minor technical glitch, and we are currently looking into improving and restoring the links within the e-mail itself.
For those that don’t know about this e-mail that I’m referring to, the ‘Jayde Listing Checkup’ is an e-mail that Jayde will send out to site listing participants on the sixth day after submission to our search engine. This e-mail acts as a receipt to confirm the way your site listing appears within Jayde’s directory.
If your Jayde Listing Checkup e-mail did not include the link to your site listing, and you are unable to find your site listing within Jayde, please let me know by post on our Directory Portal Forum under the Inclusion Issues subcategory within the Jayde category. Just provide the URL of your business’ site that you have submitted to be included within Jayde, and I will do my best to locate it for you.
Also, if you are ever unsatisfied with your site listing, I can always change/update your site listing’s title and/or description for you. Just simply post the desired title or description that you would like visible on your site listing on our Directory Portal Forum under the Site Listing Modifications subcategory within the Jayde category. This is important to us, as we do care about your site listing status, and want your business’ website properly and positively represented within our search engine.
Please let me know if you have any further questions, and happy posting!
