On the iEntry Directory Portal Forum, I have just recently changed the registration to double-opt in. What this means is that when a user registers for an account on the forum, they will receive an e-mail at the address which they have registered with including a link which will fully validate your forum account.

This measure has been taken to prevent forum spammers from clogging the forum with posts that include spam/erroneous links, and to keep the forum neat and presentable.

This should not be a really noticeable change, but I thought I would bring this to your attention.
